Some new things he’s been doing:

• Sitting up in your lap without much support
• He’s always putting things in his mouth – his hands, burp cloth, toys
• Raising his legs up so he can hold on to his legs or feet
• Eating rice cereal once a day
• Talking a lot more – especially when he’s on his back
• Smiling at familiar faces

He is a happy baby and so much fun to be around. Even the days when I have to change 6 poopy diapers

I can’t wait to see what he’ll learn next month.

Staying nice warm while it’s snowing outside

Last time I posted I mentioned that E wasn’t talking very much and then a couple days later he became a chatterbox. I love to hear his voice. It makes me smile.

I think he enjoys eating rice cereal. He opens his mouth for the spoon and talks a lot when we feed him.

Yesterday Joey fed him and he was very talkative so I tried to get it on video:

E has been working on hard on sitting up with support. I can tell he’s working hard on sitting up because I haven’t heard him talk as much lately.

We tried rice cereal for the first time today and he laughed and spit it all out. Joey took video while I fed him so we don’t have any pictures. We’ll try again tomorrow and maybe get some pictures. I still can’t believe my baby is big enough to start eating cereal.
